1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Customizations (special fonts, logos, etc.) may take an additional 1-2 days.
2. Shipping Partner & Delivery Time
We ship exclusively via DTDC with the following estimated delivery timelines:

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders (no minimum order value).
- Express/Rapid Delivery (if needed) can be arranged at an extra cost—contact us before ordering.

- You'll receive an SMS/email with a DTDC tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

5. Address & Contact Details
- Double-check your address during checkout—we're not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
- Provide a 10-digit mobile number for seamless delivery updates.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- If delivery fails (wrong address/unavailable recipient), DTDC will attempt 2-3 re-deliveries.
- Unclaimed orders will be returned to us, and a reshipping fee will apply.
7. International Shipping
